Steve Lacy joined Leading Teams in 2015 and is based in South Australia. Steve came from a facilitator role at Rising Generations, designing and facilitating leadership and character development programs in the education sector. Prior to this role, Steve was a business manager for advertising agency, Saatchi & Saatchi and a teacher for students with autism. Steve has completed degrees in Advertising and Marketing Communications, and Secondary Education and Teaching.
Steve has natural leadership ability, is a gifted facilitator and is deeply passionate about seeing people and teams reach their potential and continually grow his leadership capacity. Those who know Steve will speak of his natural ability to coach and encourage people. He is known for his genuine, warm personality and love of people.
