Leading Teams is delighted to announce the addition of two new facilitators to the team.

Mike Foley joins as a Facilitator in Western Australia.  He joins Darren Harris and Serena Easton and expands our operations in the West to three full-time facilitators.

Mike was previously a professional rugby player and coach for 30 years, and has first-hand experience of what we can help teams to achieve, having been first introduced to Leading Teams as a client while head coach of the Western Force.

On his appointment, Mike said: “It’s a great thrill and privilege to be joining Leading Teams. I look forward to working closely with teams and leaders as they strive to establish trust-based relationships, clarity of purpose and professional candour to help them achieve their goals.”

James Macmillan joins as a Partner/Facilitator in the Melbourne office and will be working with many of the clients who previously worked with Jim Plunkett, who left Leading Teams in November 2016.

James had a longstanding career in the corporate world, coming to us from his last role as a general manager at NAB.  He has experienced the Leading Teams program twice, both in his career and in his personal life as the president of a premier grade VAFA amateur football club.

Describing himself as a passionate advocate of our model, James comments: “I’m delighted to be joining Leading Teams; I see it as a fantastic opportunity to use my corporate experience to help create high performance teams and develop high performing leaders.”

Darren Harris, Partner/Facilitator adds: “We’re delighted to have Mike and James on board.  They bring a variety of experience and decades-long histories in their respective fields – they’re both going to be significant assets to our team and have already shown they can live our model and be a valuable part of Leading Teams.”
