Know where your culture really stands.
Every organisation has a story it tells about its culture, and a culture its people actually experience.
Every organisation has a story it tells about its culture, and a culture its people actually experience. Our Culture Review Survey closes that gap.
Delivered independently and confidentially by Leading Teams, it’s the same lens our facilitators use inside the High Performing Teams program — turned into a survey your whole organisation can take part in, giving you a clear, evidence-based picture of how you’re really performing on purpose, leadership, values, relationships and the everyday mechanics of getting work done.
What we measure
The survey scores your organisation across six dimensions of team and organisational effectiveness.
Each is scored independently, so you can see exactly where your culture is strong, and where it needs attention. However we know that culture rarely moves one dimension at a time, so our report also looks across the dimensions together, surfacing what it means when, say, trust is high but accountability is low, or purpose is clear but leadership communication isn’t keeping pace.
- Purpose – Do people understand where the organisation is headed, feel connected to it, and see how their own role contributes?
- Leadership – Do people have confidence in their leaders, and do leaders communicate clearly and invest in their own development?
- Mechanics – Are roles clear, and are the systems, processes and meetings around people enabling good work rather than getting in the way?
- Values & Behaviours – Are values lived day-to-day, modelled by leaders, and reflected in how people are recruited, recognised and held to account?
- Relationships – Is there trust – in teams, in leaders, between teams – and do people feel safe to speak up and collaborate well together?
- Genuine Conversations & Feedback – Do people give, receive and seek feedback openly, challenge ideas safely, address underperformance, and work through conflict, rather than avoid it?
