High Performing Leaders (HPL) programs
Cross-industry
Be part of a cohort of 12–16 leaders from diverse industries who come together in 6 interactive sessions. Participants deepen their leadership expertise over 6-8 months through peer exchange and expert guidance.
In-house
Customise a program for your organisation to develop its leaders from within. This facilitator-led program builds shared language and aligned behaviours. It works well alongside our High Performing Teams program to embed a cohesive culture.
PTM program (Online)
Take part in a self‑paced, online program to define who you are and how you want to lead (your personal leadership trademark). Co-created by online education experts and our facilitators, it suits those who want to learn life-changing leadership tools without committing to an in-person program.
Around 18 months ago, we got Leading Teams working with some individual leaders [as well as the team] as we thought it might give us an edge coming in to the (2024) season. The program made them better leaders in their own right, then as a collective we were a stronger group.
