We are often asked what sets Leading Teams facilitators apart from rest. One element is our focus on storytelling to bring to life the theory of team performance, culture, and leadership. Telling a great story is about considering your audience and sharing something compelling, relatable, and inspiring.
We have so many great stories from the leaders we have partnered with over the years to implement the High Performing Teams model in their organisation. These leaders and teams have all genuinely committed to investing in culture and have experienced extraordinary boosts in performance as a result. These stories inspired us on to create a podcast series called Leading Conversations. This podcast honours those leaders, teams and stories and has evolved over time. Coming into our third season we have made sure that the leaders’ stories is told in their own words and in conversation with their Leading Teams facilitator, who have been partnering with them along the journey.
Our new season launches on April 26, and we hear from 8 leaders from across all kinds of organisations, including – Sydney Swans, Southern Cross Austereo, Ironbark Aboriginal Corporation, Dianne Marchment & Associates, Dahlsens Building Centres, NACAP, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia and Brisbane City Council. Hear from leaders who have turned around organisations that were close to shutting their door, or teams who have identified great culture in one department and have been able to share this across a large national organisation. Learn about teams whose absolute priority is caring for their people and how this has helped them though natural disasters and the pandemic.
This season we have added in a new segment, meaning you will hear from one of our Leading Teams founders & performance expert Ray McLean at the end of each episode. Ray provides his take on the conversation and draws out the key performance and leadership lessons for you to take back to your team.
