Simone de Laine

With a background spanning 20 years delivering people and culture outcomes for a diverse array of businesses in the sport, media, entertainment, information technology and communication, property and defence industries, I am passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve sustained high performance.

As a former client of Leading Teams, I experienced first-hand the immense impact they had on coaching individuals and teams in delivering organisational high performance. I am excited to share my experience and to help other businesses and teams achieve the same results.

Adelaide born and bred, I live with my husband, two teenage girls, dog and cat. I enjoy keeping active, try my best not to fall off the reformer machine at pilates, and particularly love spending time at the beach and with family and friends.

This one really speaks to me… it cuts straight to the truth in that we alone are responsible for creating our own path, we are in charge of writing our own life story.

Tell us about your culture and leadership experience?

I have been responsible for and achieved the People and Culture objectives for several businesses in sport, media, entertainment, information technology and communication, property and defence.

Through leading teams of my own, whilst partnering with and coaching leaders across these businesses, I have successfully championed, and embedded organisational cultural change centred on high performance.
