Robert Harvey
Robert brings a wealth of experience in team dynamics and leadership, having worked with both successful and challenging systems throughout his career. Robert is the current assistant coach at the St Kilda Football Club, the same team he captained and played 383 games for, won two Brownlow Medals, eight All-Australian Team selection, SKFC Hall of Fame (legend status), as well as an inductee into the AFL Hall of Fame. His deep understanding of building strong personal trademarks and fostering team cohesion has shaped his coaching philosophy. Passionate about motivating individuals who strive for continuous improvement, Robert remains dedicated to helping others develop their personal brand within a united, high-performing team.

Be a good listener, and show genuine interest in people to build the relationship.
What does success look like with a client?
To build a strong professional relationship with the client and see a definitive improvement in performance based on a simple implementation and execution of the model.
Tell us about your culture and leadership experience?
Vastly experienced in the process of team dynamics, have seen many good and many poor systems in operation and have learnt equally from both situations. Still highly motivated to work with motivated people willing to improve and have great experience in setting of personal trademarks and establishing a strong personal brand within a strong team dynamic.
