Dean Anderson
Dean has a unique range of professional experience spanning over 30 years.
After starting his career as a Graduate at National Australia Bank he managed a quick progression to management and ultimately senior management working in various roles across small to medium business and corporate and institutional clientele. Whilst working at National Australia Bank, Dean also managed a professional AFL Australia career.
Dean played a significant role in building the HSBC business presence in Victoria, managing global clients to support their international operations and/or major import or export trade flows.
Dean’s well-established business acumen has been further enhanced by his role as a Non-Executive Director at the St Kilda Football Club. Dean has been on the St Kilda Board since 2015 and remains the Club’s Football Director.
For the past 2 years Dean has worked as a Project Director in Corporate Treasury at SEEK Limited. The role has enabled Dean to utilise his well-developed banking and finance skills at one of Australia’s leading technology companies. Over that period, he also worked with the AV Jennings Limited Executive team in the role of a leadership and high-performance consultant.
Dean currently coaches the Old Scotch AFLW team in the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
