Leading Teams partners with Buzz-ER

We are pleased to announce a partnership with Buzz-ER to provide organisations with a new cloud-based system called DLSpro (Development and Leadership System).

This new program is delivered by Leading Teams facilitators and provides a structure, through education and supporting software, that empowers managers/team members to become leaders, holds them accountable for regular communication, and helps build strong professional relationships via open and genuine feedback.

Ashleigh Smith from Buzz-ER explains why the partnership came together – ‘it was critical for Buzz-ER to find a like-minded organisation which specialises in leadership development whilst focusing on effective and real communications in the workplace. We are so pleased to have an opportunity to work with Leading Teams. The natural synergy between our two organisations has been evident from the first meeting and we look forward to delivering the benefits to our clients through DLSpro’

Daniel Healy from Leading Teams was involved in setting up the program and said – ‘we are very excited to be working with Buzz-ER on DLSpro. Developing leaders is crucial in every team and the Buzz-ER platform is a great structure that mixes both practical experience with online platforms to ensure accountability. The end results will deliver tangible benefits to our clients, powered by genuine conversations’
