Leading Teams Clients Celebrated in Australia’s ‘Fast 100’

Leading Teams would like to congratulate two of our clients, Positive Lending Solutions and Melbourne Real Estate (MRE), on their inclusion in the Australian Financial Review’s BRW Fast 100.

The annual Fast 100 recognises the fastest growing Australian-owned companies each year.  Positive Lending Solutions were at position 21 with a year-on-year growth of 95.9% in the financial year to June 2016, while MRE came in at 73 with growth of 49.8%.

Melbourne Real Estate

Leading Teams facilitator, Martine Harkin, has been working with MRE since 2015.  She said: “I’m delighted for MRE – this recognition is a fantastic endorsement of all the work they’ve been doing on their culture over the last few years.  As they’ve grown they’ve really focused on developing their leadership capacity and maintaining their high standards and that’s been reflected in the growth in their revenue.”

Tim Ear, General Manager at MRE, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have made the Fast 100. It’s a young team, with young leaders and I’m really proud of everything we’ve achieved and how we’ve stayed committed to our values during a sustained period of high growth. I’d like to thank Martine, too – her monthly coaching and facilitation sessions have definitely contributed to MRE’s overall success”.

Positive Lending Solutions

Daniel Healy, facilitator, works with Positive Lending Solutions and said: “I’m really loving working with Positive Lending Solutions. They’re family-owned and run and that comes across in their commitment to their internal dynamics, but they’re also young and progressive.  Their growth is a reward in itself but I’m so happy they have been recognised by the Fast 100 list as well.”

Tom Caesar, Managing Director of Positive Lending Solutions, said: “Our aim was to grow significantly, but to stay true to the strong culture we’ve developed as we did so.  I definitely think we’ve achieved that and Daniel has been a big support in that.  We’re proud of where we’ve come from and we’re excited about where we’re going.”
