High Performance Leadership program
The aim of the High Performance Leadership program is to develop individuals who are looking to master their leadership capacity in the company of talented peers.
This professional development program is tailored to fit the needs of the individual participants and will usually be based around their level of leadership experience, their organisation or their industry. The program is structured to take participants through a wider range of leadership topics in five full-day workshops over a period of a couple of months.
The group comes together to explore the skills necessary for effective leadership. It is the action-based learning, allowing members to draw on each other’s experiences in the workplace, that participants enjoy most.
We find the most rewarding aspect of our development work is seeing the participants grow in confidence, skill and attitude. We have had many success stories from our programs with the personal growth and development of participants.

If your chosen date or location is not shown, please register your interest as courses will be scheduled as soon as we have enough participants. We run courses in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, Gold Coast and Brisbane. We are also happy to discuss alternate locations or bespoke programs with you and / or your organisation.

Individual Mentoring & Coaching
The role of coaching and mentoring is to improve an individual’s performance. At Leading Teams our Mentoring and Coaching Program offers invaluable skills and strategies to implement and achieve this outcome.
Do you feel that you are not quite getting the best out of your team? How do you think they will respond to an independent third-party developing leadership and teamwork? If you as a leader do not believe that your team are quite ready for facilitation, perhaps you could undertake some Leading Teams mentoring.
Our mentoring program is tailor-made to suit your needs as a leader and will cover specific topics relevant to your team (e.g., conflict management, motivation). Our facilitators are well-experienced in mentoring leaders and they will teach you applied skills to more effectively lead your team. We recommend a series of one-to-one mentoring sessions with one of our experts. Drawing on knowledge from their vast experiences of leadership and team development across many varied organisations, our facilitators will impart their knowledge relevant to your needs.
Outcomes of mentoring and coaching include; behavioural profiling, challenging existing behaviours, values-based relationship building skills, managing boundaries, establishing improvement strategies, constructing positive coaching and mentoring relationships.
