Leading Teams is delighted to announce that Kelly Vennus has joined our team in Adelaide, South Australia.

Kelly first experienced Leading Teams as an athlete facilitator during her netball playing days at the Melbourne Phoenix and the Australian U21s.  During that time she was responsible for facilitating leadership programs in a range of environments including schools, indigenous communities, corporate clients and elite sports teams.

Kelly has spent the years since working in teaching, non-profits and educational consultancy, where she has gathered extensive experience facilitating different programs with many varied audiences.  She re-joins us now to consolidate all her facilitation experience into an exciting role working with the Leading Teams High Performance Model once again.

Martine Harkin, Leading Teams facilitator and partner, said: “We’re so pleased to have Kelly back at Leading Teams.  She’s worked with us before and has proven that she has everything it takes to make an excellent facilitator and be a great fit in the team.  I can’t wait to see how she gets on.”

Daniel Healy, manager of the Adelaide business unit commented: “Leading Teams has gone from strength to strength in South Australia, and I’m thrilled that we now have enough business to be employing a third facilitator, especially one as experienced as Kelly.”

Kelly takes our Adelaide team up to three full-time facilitators.  To talk to Kelly, Daniel or Steve about how they can help you team to be high performing, please get in touch.
