Ihave been married for 17 years to Jodine and have 2 children Jesse 10 and Zoe 8. I was introduced to Leading Teams in 2004 and they remain the most powerful, impactful sessions I have ever been involved in.  To now work for the organisation is a dream come true.

Leading Teams Facilitator - Damien Hill

How would you like to be described by your family, friends, and clients?
Genuine – in my intent to improve myself and others

Caring – of others feelings and concerns

Thoughtful – in my interactions

Considerate – in my responses

What is your favourite piece of advice, or quote, and why?
See something, do something.

What does success look like with a client?
An outstanding rapport built between facilitator and team members on the back of a genuine willingness to improve performance.

Providing a trusting and respectful environment that enhances strong professional relationships to allow genuine conversations. These then reward, challenge and drive each team member to be a better version of themselves for the betterment of the team.

Tell me about your culture and leadership experience:

My association with Leading Teams began many years ago whilst I was working at the Eastlake Football Club in 2004. Those sessions were the most impactful sessions I have ever been involved in and there was not a football or an oval in sight. I have utilised the Leading Teams principles in what I do, both personally and professionally ever since in both Management and Coaching roles. I was lucky enough to coach South Australia to the 2018 U16 National Championship and was named All Australian Coach in the same year.
