Celebrating High Performing Leaders and Teams

On Thursday 19th May at the Sheraton Grand in Sydney, Leading Teams gathered our clients, network and team together to host our High Performance Awards for 2022.

Our last awards were in 2018, long before the pandemic started so it was great to have so many of our network in the same room to celebrate and reconnect.

The purpose of the evening was an opportunity to recognise those organisations and leaders who have been outstanding in implementing the Leading Teams model and philosophy in their respective fields.

With over 200 organisations now choosing to invest in their dynamics and culture with the help of Leading Teams there are hundreds of amazing stories, leaders and teams doing incredible work.

The number of different organisations, leaders and stories represented on the night truly reinforced that investing in team dynamics, culture and leadership can enhance ‘Any Given Team’.

Client Connect National Conference

Alongside our awards ceremony we ran a national Client Connect conference.

The purpose of this two-day conference is to provide an opportunity to share experiences and learn from senior leaders in different industries and to build a network of culture-focused peers.

Client Connect’ is an initiative developed by our clients for our clients.

It was created after feedback from several clients who asked us to create opportunities for them to hear from other clients’ experiences, and to build a network of like-minded leaders.

We had over 20 leaders from a wide range of industries come together, each one with a passion for leadership and a strong desire to improve.

Together with 4 Leading Teams facilitators they shared their leadership philosophies and challenges and learnt from the wealth of experience in the room.

The noticeable energy and excitement created over the two days was incredible; each leader leaves the conference now as part of a new team/network that can help each other to improve.
