Simone de Laine
Facilitator
Simone has a background spanning 20 years delivering people and culture outcomes for a diverse array of businesses in the sport, media, entertainment, information technology and communication, property and defence industries. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve sustained high performance.
As a former client of Leading Teams, Simone experienced first-hand the immense impact they had on coaching individuals and teams in delivering organisational high performance. For Simone it’s the opportunity to share her experience and to help other businesses and teams achieve the same results that excites her about her role.
David Arnfield
Facilitator
David has been a facilitator with Leading Teams since 2019. In that time he has helped countless teams and leaders to become high performing, currently partnering with CBH, Vanguard Australia and Comwire IT.
For David success looks like a team that has a clear sense of purpose. In other words, the organization’s strategies, capabilities, and behaviour are aligned to their purpose.
In addition, staff feel safe enough to speak up and have genuine conversations with each other about behaviours that are either allowing them or preventing them from becoming the team they want to be.
