TAFE Queensland

TAFE Queensland’s transformation began when their CEO attended a Leading Teams session. What followed was a ten-year cultural evolution that reached every level of the organisation.

The program began with the Senior Executive Team who co-created a values-based behavioural framework to hold each other accountable. Over time, as trust grew, leaders began to use this framework to drive genuine conversations and model positive behaviours across the organisation. With results visible at the executive level, the model was rolled out across the organisation to embed a high-performance culture at every level.

The organisation developed:

  • A unified Senior Executive Team built on trust, mutual respect, and accountability
  • Improved cross-team collaboration and reduced siloed behaviours
  • Genuine conversations becoming part of the everyday culture across the organisation
  • The benefits of the program extending to their lives beyond work and leadership.
