After two years of public challenges and media headlines, St Andrew’s School wanted to rebuild their culture from the inside out. Incoming Principal Luke Ritchie turned to Leading Teams to help re-establish trust within his newly formed executive team and lay the foundation for long-term renewal.

Their Leading Teams facilitator worked closely with school leaders, helping them navigate complexity, reconnect with their purpose, and embed a culture of open dialogue and accountability. The transformation has gone beyond the leadership team; it’s visible in enrolment growth and renewed energy across the school.
