Melton Secondary College (MSC)

Prior to working with Leading Teams, MSC faced deep-rooted challenges including community disengagement, high staff turnover, and fractured leadership. Through a multi-year partnership with their Leading Teams facilitator, the school rebuilt its culture from the inside out.
