Robert brings a wealth of experience in team dynamics and leadership, having worked with both successful and challenging systems throughout his career.
Robert is the current assistant coach at the St Kilda Football Club, the same team he captained and played 383 games for, won two Brownlow Medals, eight All-Australian Team selection, SKFC Hall of Fame (legend status), as well as an inductee into the AFL Hall of Fame. His deep understanding of building strong personal trademarks and fostering team cohesion has shaped his coaching philosophy. Passionate about motivating individuals who strive for continuous improvement, Robert remains dedicated to helping others develop their personal brand within a united, high-performing team.
