Ray McLean

Ray McLean’s background was an educator, both as a teacher with the education department of Victoria then as an education officer in the RAAF. When he left the RAAF in 1993 to begin his own consulting business, Ray had found his real passion, that was as a facilitator, helping teams and individuals to improve. This passion continues today with Leading Teams Australia.

What is your favourite piece of leadership advice, or quote?

‘Those with the most invested are the last to surrender’
This quote has sustained me through the toughest parts of life.

What does success look like with a client?

When you see a team become aligned around their purpose and values and deliver to the best of their ability.
