What does success look like with a client?

Success with a client at Leading Teams means building a trusted relationship where open, honest conversations lead to genuine growth. It’s when a team takes ownership of their culture, aligns around shared values and purpose, and feels empowered to hold each other accountable. Success is evident when individuals grow as leaders, collaboration strengthens, and the team consistently performs at a high level.

Tell us about your culture and leadership experience?

I bring a deep commitment to building positive, high-performing cultures through values-based leadership. Across my career in Education and now at Leading Teams, I’ve focused on creating environments where trust, accountability, and psychological safety are the foundation for individual and collective growth.

In leadership roles, I’ve worked closely with diverse teams to align behaviours with shared values and strategic goals. I’ve led significant cultural change initiatives, improved team dynamics, and supported others to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

I believe strong culture doesn’t happen by accident; it requires intentional conversations, clear expectations, and a willingness to hold each other to account in respectful and constructive ways.
