Facilitator
Sydney or Brisbane
Leading Teams Australia is seeking an experienced Facilitator to join our team; you could be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
This work requires judgement, courage, preparation, and the ability to lead challenging behavioural conversations with leaders and teams. It is not about presenting content or running activities. It is about influencing behaviour, strengthening relationships, and improving performance.
