The Impact Of Bullying

In May 2015, I wrote an article titled, “Show bullying the door.”

The recent situation at Geelong Council has prompted me to look back at the article, and reflect on its continuing relevance in the workplace. Whilst we cannot know exactly what has gone on behind closed doors, the fact remains that bullying is a negative behaviour that, left unchecked, can cause untold damage to the culture within a team.
