Performance Improvement Program (PIP)
 Leading Teams has developed a unique model that works across the 'whole of school'. The process begins by providing the leadership team with a Trademark and Behavioural Framework.
Once this is embedded, it is expanded to the rest of the staff. This program is designed to create an exceptional performance and development culture.
Similarly, Leading Teams provides students, particularly Year 11 & 12 with intensive leadership training to enable them to have a positive impact on school culture. |
