Leading Teams has developed a unique model that works across the 'whole of school' approach. The process begins by developing a behavioural framework that outlines clear expectations for all leaders and staff. The program is designed to create an exceptional performance and development culture.
Leading Teams facilitators are experts in creating sustainable behavioural shifts through their engaging action learning approach and will assist your school in developing a culture of honest open dialogue.
Similarly, Leading Teams provides students, particularly Years 11 and 12, with intensive leadership training to enable them to have positive impact on school culture. The Leading Teams Secondary School Workshops aim to create positive and supportive peer environments in which students feel safe to honestly express themselves.
In developing a deeper understanding and appreciation of individual differences, students gain increased level of confidence and self-esteem. Students will be guided through the process of establishing a Trademark, individual goals and action plans which will ultimately empower students to make positive choices more consistently and take greater responsibility.
For Year 11 and 12 students, this program also offer an opportunity for participants to create a clear management plan for some of the pressures and anxiety they may be feeling around work-load, exams and transition into university and the workforce.
