Leading Teams at the Western Bulldogs
The Leading Teams Program was introduced to the Western Bulldogs in late December 2007, in preparation for the 2008 Season. The players, coaches, and team management have been extremely open to the change and have embraced the principals that the program requires.
The program has been a success from the outset and has provided a professional frame work for our staff and players. Our leadership group have continued to develop as leaders under this program and the entire playing group have grown through this leadership.
Leading Teams has enabled our players, coaches, and management to work in an environment that encourages you to evaluate your actions, receive and give honest feedback and develop and aspire to carry out your organisations expectations.
Overall this has had an enormous positive effect on our club and we look forward to continuing to develop this program and integrating its philosophies and part of our organisational culture.
