Corporate
Leading Teams' area of expertise is aligning teams. We use the experience that we have gained working with elite sporting organisations and transfer this to corporate and government teams.
As a result, corporate and government teams are provided with the necessary tools to create functional dynamics within the group to allow shared vision, goals, behaviours and expectations.
In particular, Leading Teams examine:
- Understanding how culture, values and team dynamics effect performance
- Analysis of current culture
- Developing and maintaining teams
- Leading and developing desired behaviours within the team
- Creation of a desired vision (team trademark)
- Managing and improving individual and team performance
- Increasing productive outcomes
- Effective Communication
Garry Cameron, Grand Hotel Group (GHG) Managing Director, has been a business associate of Leading Teams Director Kraig Grime for many years. It was through this relationship that Garry learnt about the Leading Teams Performance Improvement Program (PIP) and recommended to the Melbourne and Adelaide Hyatt Hotels that they should investigate the process further. Michael Fuller, HR Manager from Quiksilver – "I worked with Gerard Murphy extensively over a period of six months to help Quiksilver refine our leadership culture across all our Aust and NZ business units. Their straight-talking philosophy has seen a tangible improvement in team dynamics, quality of leadership through greater awareness of leader actions (and in-actions), and has provided an avenue for employees at all levels to buy into how their team will be defined going forward to make them the best they can be. In an industry where people really are a key differentiators and a source of competitive advantage, this program is proving exceptionally valuable."
