Ray McLean is a founding Director and principal trainer of Leading Teams Australia. In his position at Leading Teams Ray conducts team performance and leadership programs for a number of AFL, NRL and NBL Clubs.  He also works with a wide range of corporate, educational and community organisations.

Garie Dooley has a Bachelor of Education, Graduate Diploma of Teaching, and a Graduate Diploma in Business. Garie is the CEO at Leading Teams and his passion for creating a simple, powerful code of behaviour and trademark for our team has enhanced our own trademark – “Go the Extra Yard”.

Kraig Grime is also a Director of Leading Teams Australia and facilitates our Performance Improvement Program for a number of corporate and elite sports teams including Wimmera Leadership and Hawthorn Football Club.
