Nillumbik City Council
The management team at Nillumbik City Council was able to take some small comfort from the recent bushfire disaster.
Many of the council staff were impacted personally by the death and destruction of the Black Saturday infernos. They are also central to the support, management and rebuilding activity in the aftermath of the fires.

The management team at Nillumbik has acknowledged the benefits of their strengthened relationships and the increased level of trust across their team since working with Leading Teams.

Bill Forrest attributes the work of Leading Teams to this outstanding result. He also said working with Leading Teams “has been instrumental in equipping us with the capacity to cope with the huge impact of the bushfires on this organisation and this community”.
Leading Teams is assisting in the roll out and integrating the new behavioural framework throughout the entire organisation.
