“I found the Leading Teams program to be very worthwhile straight away, as last year I was the organiser of a fundraising committee. My husband is an outdoor education teacher, and ran a trip to the Kokoda Track with school students, parents, and teachers. 
We managed to raise $17,000 towards the costs of participants, and my leadership skills were definitely put to the test to achieve this. It was an outstanding success.
I don’t actually have any staff that report to me directly, but the skills learnt have been applied in other ways. We actually have another staff member completing the course this year, Linda Loft who works in our payroll department.”
